This was a knock down re-build. The client wanted to keep with the ‘Old Shack Beachy’ feel, so the house was designed with this in mind and to suit the surroundings and their larger growing family.
The home consists of 5 bedrooms, large open entertainment areas with a feature fire place and raked ceilings. A large deck and entertainment area look over the majestic Hyams Beach. The use of V joint boards are featured in many areas of the home and to highlight the open spaced raked ceilings, this adds to the ‘beachy’ atmosphere. The paint colours have been kept to white and soft tones whilst the décor is detailed with colour and art.
